Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds / returns on the products that we sell. Refunds will only be provided for any instances where it is due to fault of our own. Examples may include: Incorrect size sent ; Any physical fault with the shoe ; Incorrect shoe sent - however all shoes are checked before sending so these circumstances are rare. Standard shipping is tracked 24 and usually takes between 1-2 days.
international shipping is available, please message us privately to organise international shipping.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for you’re convenience, as well as Klarna, allowing you to split the payment in 3 at checkout.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on the royal mail website .
